A warm welcome to Katie Iusti, MailSmart Logistics’ newest Account Manager. No, that’s not a typo in her last name, it’s pronounced YEW-STEE.
Katie is a customer service pro with more than seventeen years’ experience helping clients. She loves to brainstorm solutions to challenges and is very much looking forward to working on the big puzzle of postal logistics to help her clients realize optimal postal logistics for their campaigns. She’s especially excited to help her clients by providing our full suite of service offerings.
Prior to joining our team Katie managed production for an agency and their clients. “Predictable mail delivery is crucial to the success of campaigns and I am excited to help positively impact the delivery and ultimately results for MailSmart Logistics’ clients,” remarked Katie.
A Maryland native, she has called northern Virginia home for 20 years. She and her husband love to camp, hike, canoe, and spend time on the beach. When they’re
not in the great outdoors you’ll find them trying a new recipe.
Katie’s personal passion is refurbishing old furniture. She loves to transform trash into treasure. Here’s a recent file cabinet redo that you can find in her new MailSmart Logistics home office.
